Family Therapy
Helping families heal and move forward together
I specialize in helping teens, adult children, and their parents, as well as adult siblings, heal old wounds, improve communication, and strengthen lifelong family bonds.
Family therapy is a journey we take together to help your family feel more connected and understood. Whether you're navigating new dynamics or old conflicts, we can work together to create healthier, more supportive relationships.
For families with younger children who may be dealing with behavioral issues, I focus on working with parents to build effective parenting skills.
Family therapy provides a safe and respectful space where everyone in the family can speak and be heard. I’m committed to offering care that is understanding and respectful of all cultures and backgrounds.
What you can expect from family therapy
I take a flexible approach to family therapy, adapting our sessions to fit your family’s progress and unique needs. At times, we’ll meet as a whole group, and other times, I may work with just one or a few members of your family. This approach allows us to focus on specific challenges while fostering meaningful changes that benefit everyone. My goal is to provide personalized support in a way that feels comfortable and effective, meeting your family where you are and guiding you toward growth and connection.
I don’t play favorites—each person’s voice is equally important. I listen closely to everyone and help the family work together to spot patterns in how you communicate and respond to one another.
Together, we’ll dig into what might be causing these patterns and set clear goals to start making positive changes. In our first session, we’ll get to know each of you individually and as a family unit, exploring the challenges you’ve been facing together.
