Individual Therapy
My specialties:
Relationships
As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I help you improve your relationships while strengthening your sense of self. Together, we’ll explore how your past and present relationships affect your well-being, helping you understand patterns and develop healthier dynamics. I’ll guide you in setting boundaries, improving communication, and building the tools you need to create stronger, more fulfilling connections with the people in your life.
ADHD
I’m here to help adults with ADHD take charge of their lives in a way that feels empowering and achievable. From managing time and staying organized to building routines that actually stick, we’ll tackle the challenges that might feel overwhelming right now. Together, we’ll create practical strategies that fit your unique needs, so you can find more balance, focus, and confidence in every area of your life—whether it’s work, relationships, or personal goals. Let’s turn ADHD’s chaos into your strength!
Anxiety
Does anxiety feel like it’s standing in the way of the life you want? Maybe it shows up as constant worry, trouble focusing, perfectionism, or even panic attacks. Or perhaps social anxiety is keeping you from building meaningful connections. Whatever form it takes, you don’t have to face it alone. In therapy, we’ll work together to understand your anxiety and develop practical tools to help you feel more in control. With the support of therapy, you can expect to gain relief, build confidence, and navigate life with greater calm and clarity.

In therapy, I use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach to help people overcome addiction by understanding and healing the different parts of themselves that are involved in their addictive behaviors. This method allows individuals to gain insight into their feelings and thoughts, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives.

In therapy, we'll work together to understand your anger, figure out what triggers it, and learn new ways to handle difficult situations. Struggles with attachment can lead to feelings of insecurity, difficulty trusting others, and challenges in forming close connections. These issues might stem from past experiences or early relationships that still impact you today. I use approaches like attachment theory and relational therapy to help you understand and heal these patterns. Together, we'll work on building healthier, more fulfilling relationships in your life.
